Refund policy
If something isn't right for you, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery.
30-day return window
Start your return within 30 days of delivery. Please send the item back in its original condition, with everything it came with and, where possible, the original packaging.
How to start a return
- Ask for the return. Email info@hushandpage.com or message us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- Wait for our instructions. We'll send you the return address. Please don't send anything back before you have it.
- Send the item back. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
- Get your refund. Once the return reaches us and has been checked, we refund your original payment method.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Email info@hushandpage.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you. In many cases you won't need to send anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method after the return has been received and checked, or after we agree on a solution that doesn't need a return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Exchanges
Would you rather have a different color or version of the same product? Tell us which one when you start the return. Return postage for an exchange is paid by you, and we send the new item once your return has arrived.
Cancelling an order
Need to cancel? Email info@hushandpage.com or message us through our Contact page within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it before it ships. After that, you can return it once it arrives, as described above.
Customers in the EU and the UK
You also have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, at any time from placing your order until 14 days after delivery. Our 30-day window already covers this. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@hushandpage.com or through our Contact page. We refund the price and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait to send the refund until the item is back with us or you show us proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. Unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, the cost of sending it back is yours.
