Welcome to Hush & Page. These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of this website (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully, and if anything is unclear, email info@hushandpage.com before you order.

1. Who we are

The Site is run by Hush & Page, based in Ontario, Canada. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Hush & Page.

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. Please don't misuse it: don't try to get into systems you aren't allowed into, copy content at scale, send harmful code, or do anything that could damage the Site or get in the way of other people using it. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.

3. Products, prices and availability

We do our best to show our products' colors, sizes and details accurately, but screens differ and small differences can happen. Prices are set in US dollars and may be shown converted to your local currency. We may change prices, start or end offers, and stop selling a product at any time. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the affected orders and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

After you place an order, we email you to confirm we've received it. That email doesn't mean we've accepted the order; we accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order we suspect of fraud or unauthorized use, and refund you in full. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs, processing times and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping policy, which is part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed dates.

6. Returns and refunds

You can return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Discount codes and offers

Discount codes and quantity offers apply only while they run, can't be applied to past orders, and can't be combined with each other unless we say so. We may end an offer at any time.

8. Our content

Everything on the Site, including text, photos, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to Hush & Page or the people who license it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Please don't copy, share or build on it without our written permission.

9. Reviews and other content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, permanent license to use, show and reproduce it in connection with our store and our marketing. You confirm that it's your own, that it's accurate, and that it isn't unlawful or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't give any warranties beyond those stated in these Terms, and our total liability for any claim connected with the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) the claim is about. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold Hush & Page harmless from claims that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place an order applies to that order. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
